Important Notice to All Potential Audience Members

We want to do everything possible to ensure you have a great time at The Price is Right. PLEASE take the time to read all information below:


ARRIVE NO LATER THAN THE TIME ON YOUR TICKET. We would rather you arrive 10 minutes early, than be late. Allow time for traffic, to find the free parking, and walk to audience check in.


LOCATION & PARKING INFORMATION:

• Charis Mission Church
5005 Edenhurst
Los Angeles, CA 90039

• Taping is at Haven Studios which is next to the church. Check-in is at the basketball courts at the church.
• Taping will take approximately 5 hours from the time printed on this ticket.

TICKET INFORMATION

• If your ticket says, 'Priority Ticket', your admission is guaranteed as long as you arrive on time. If you arrive late, you will be placed in the general admission line.

• If your ticket says, 'Line Voucher', admission is first-come, first-served. A ticket to the show does not guarantee your admission to the taping. As long as you arrive on time, your chances of getting in are good.

• Please note that CBS and/or FremantleMedia have the right to cancel or reschedule tapings at any time and for any reason and are not responsible for expenses incurred by an audience member.

• We will notify you via email of any last-minute taping changes.

• If you need to cancel this ticket it is NOT necessary to contact us. If you would like to reschedule for a new date, please simply visit our website and select a new date

• Attendance at a taping is NOT a guarantee that you will play or be selected to play.



STUDIO POLICIES:

• No cell phones or smart watches of any kind are permitted in the studio audience, please leave them in your car or phone check them before entering the studio.

• We ask that you downsize your bag, a small clutch with straps, belt bag or cross body bag is a good option. No backpacks, large bags/purses, or suitcases will be allowed in the studio.

• We highly suggest that you eat beforehand or bring snacks to eat during check-in and waiting for audience load as no food or drinks are allowed in the studio.

• No emotional support animals are allowed on the lot. Guests with service animals should email before the taping date to arrange for sufficient space for the service animal at least 48 business hours before the taping date.



CONTESTANT ELIGIBILITY:

• You must be age 18 or older unless a designated special taping

• Must bring government issued photo ID showing proof of age and be willing to fill out a Contestant Release form requiring the last 4 numbers of your social security number

• You have not been a contestant on any television version of The Price Is Right within the ten (10) years prior to the taping of your appearance on the Show.

• You have not taped an appearance on any other television game show which has been (or may be) aired within one (1) year of the taping of your appearance on The Price Is Right.

• You have not been a contestant on more than four (4) other television game shows of any type within ten (10) years of the taping of your appearance on The Price Is Right.

• Neither you nor any member of your immediate family has been, within the last six (6) months, employed by: CBS Broadcasting Inc. or any of its parents (including CBS Corporation), or any subsidiary or affiliate thereof; Any television station that broadcasts The Price Is Right; or The Price Is Right Productions, Inc., FremantleMedia North America, Inc., or any parent, subsidiary, or affiliate thereof.

• You are not presently a candidate for public office and will not become a candidate for public office prior to the broadcast of your appearance on The Price Is Right, or until one (1) year from the taping date, whichever first occurs.

• If you are selected as a contestant and win a prize, you will be required to submit a completed Form W-9 prior to release of any prize. If it is determined that you were not in fact eligible to be a contestant on the Show, any prizes you won will be forfeited.

Minimum Age: 18

Dress Code:

Colorful, bright, fun colors are encouraged. Please avoid wearing white colored clothing. If you are wearing something family related or in the spirit of The Price is Right, please make sure there are no corporate logos or suggestive phrases/pictures on any clothing of any kind on the front or back. Please wear close-toed, flat shoes: no open-toed shoes or heels are allowed for safety reasons. You will be on camera so it is very important that you dress nicely. When you look great, the show looks great!

Each of the Parties respectively reserves the right to refuse admission and to revoke the personal license this voucher grants at any time without refund of any portion of the ticket price, if any, for disorderly/offensive conduct or failure to comply with the Parties' respective rules, the terms stated herein, or applicable laws, or for any other reason whatsoever in the applicable Party's sole discretion. This check-in voucher has no value, cash or otherwise, and may not be sold or exchanged under penalty of law; any such attempted or actual sale or transfer of the voucher invalidates the voucher and is grounds for seizure of the voucher. Neither On-Camera Audiences nor "The Price is Right" nor any of the Parties are responsible for any travel and/or parking expenses you incur in conjunction with attending The Price is Right, whether you are admitted into a taping or not. By attending this taping you agree to let On-Camera Audiences photograph your likeness for marketing and promotional use only. The event is FREE. Sale of this ticket is prohibited. This ticket must be presented on or before the scheduled arrival time indicated on the ticket in order to be valid. The ticket is revocable at any time. The producers reserve the right to refuse admission and/or search any individual and his/her possessions. Smoking, drinking, and eating in the studio is strictly prohibited. On-Camera Audiences, The Price Is Right, and the Parties are not responsible for any travel and/or parking expenses you incur in conjunction with attending The Price is Right. PROHIBITED ITEMS WILL BE CONFISCATED AND DISPOSED OF. Items not permitted on the Studio lot include: Alcohol, Audio/Video recording devices, Backpacks, Ice Chests, Mace/Pepper Spray, Marijuana, Pricing Lists, Weapons.

GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES
The Price Is Right is committed to making tapings accessible to persons with disabilities. If you or anyone in your party requires an accommodation, please email us at tickets@ocatv.com

Accessible seating, including companion seating, may be reserved by email us at LEAST 48 hours before the taping date. Availability cannot be assured if the number of guests requiring the accessible seating at any given taping exceeds the allotted number of accessible seating locations. Guests with confirmed reservations for accessible seating must arrive no later than the designated arrival time on their ticket and check in with an onsite coordinator. If guests do not arrive by the designated arrival time, their reservation for accessible seating may be released to others on a first-come, first-served basis; first to guests with disabilities, and then to guests who do not require accessible seating (once all standard seats have been filled and provided no further guests with disabilities require seating).

Sign language interpreters, qualified readers, and other appropriate auxiliary aids and services may also be provided if a request is made at least 72 business hours before the taping date.

Guests with service animals should email before the taping date to arrange for sufficient space for the service animal at least 48 business hours before the taping date. No emotional support animals are allowed on the lot.

SEATING PARTIES TOGETHER
All reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate parties who wish to sit together in the studio, but we may be required to split your group up due to seating configurations.
