It depends on the TV show. If you have a “Priority” ticket, then your admittance is normally guaranteed and you should be in line 15 minutes prior to your arrival time to be checked in. If you have a “Line Voucher” for a popular event – we recommend one hour prior to arrival time on your ticket. However, we cannot give you a specific time as it really depends on the day and the show.
Remember, any late arrivals – including those with “Priority” tickets, are immediately put on standby.
Please always allow extra time for parking and view your ticket for parking instructions at each venue. Some parking lots are not adjacent to the venue.
Bottom line: We want you to have a good time and enjoy your experience. Please arrive at a time that you feel comfortable with knowing that we admit “line voucher” ticket holders on a first-come, first-served basis and we do everything possible to get as many of our ticket holders in at each and every show. Inevitably, there will be people turned away from the most popular shows but we try to avoid it if we can.
A “line voucher” is exchanged for an entry ticket at the show on a first-come, first-served basis. Only those with line vouchers may stand in line for a show. We distribute line vouchers in excess of capacity in order to guarantee a FULL HOUSE. This is standard procedure; however, we do our very best to forecast the return ratio as to not turn people away. Inevitably, it does happen on occasion and we then provide you with guaranteed entrance for another day.

Tickets are released on a rolling basis, typically the Friday before each taping. When tickets become available, guests are selected through a combination of first come, first served from the waitlist and a lottery system for new signups.
This approach allows us to give priority to longtime fans who have been waiting, while also creating opportunities for fans of the current season’s contestants to attend.
If you are selected, you will receive an email notification when tickets are released.
