Important Notice to All Potential Audience Members

We want to do everything possible to ensure you have a great time. PLEASE take the time to read all information below:

Please note there will be two arrivals each day. Please choose only one. This is to minimize the lines at the theater. Seat assignments are distributed equally at each arrival.

ARRIVE NO LATER THAN THE TIME ON YOUR TICKET. Allow time for parking at the public parking structures surrounding the venue and the Paseo shopping center. We do not reimburse for parking fees. If you arrive early, you can take photos at our life size banners with pictures of judges or at an actual judge table inside the venue lobby (after security).

Please bring you ticket with you or have it on your device to show the OCA audience coordinators at check in.

Valid ID will be required for all those 18 and over. All audience members must be at least 8 years old. Audience members under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian.

Audience check-in location will begin at the "Visitor Center" Building just east of the theater on Green St. (on left as you face the front entrance).

After check in, we will exchange your voucher for an actual hard ticket with an assigned seat. After you receive your ticket, you will proceed to security. We will open doors to the house when prompted by production. We suggest you eat before or while waiting in line. The time spent at the theater is approximately 4-5 hrs from the arrival time on your ticket.

No food or drinks are allowed in the theater. The Theater does not sell concessions. You can bring small closed snacks and small water bottles. No eating in the theater; however, there is a lobby area.

There are several pay parking lots in the area. We do not reimburse for parking.

Please adhere to all dress code requirements (noted below).

All phones must be powered down during taping and MUST be on SILENT MODE.

DRESS CODE – READ CAREFULLY!

Your appearance contributes to the overall look and energy of the show. To maintain a polished and camera-ready look, please follow these guidelines:

✅ SOLID COLORS – No white, Neon colors, busy patterns, or
stripes.
✅ Hip, stylish attire or business casual is required.
✅ Close-toed, flat shoes with backings are mandatory (no open-toed shoes, slides, or flip-flops). Sneakers and boots are OK.
✅ Heels must be 2 inches or lower for safety reasons.
✅ Small bags or crossbody bags only – No backpacks, large bags, or suitcases.

🚫 STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
❌ Logos or verbiage of any kind (front or back).
❌ White t-shirts.
❌ Sweatshirts, sweatpants, hoodies, shorts, hats (except religious
headwear), or flip-flops.
❌ Non-compliant outfits may affect your seating placement or entry.

You will be on camera. When you look great, the show looks AMAZING!

The event is FREE. The sale of this ticket is prohibited. To be valid, this ticket must be presented on or before the scheduled arrival time indicated on the ticket. The ticket is revocable at any time. The producers reserve the right to refuse admission and/or search any individual and their possessions. Smoking, drinking, and eating are strictly prohibited.

On-Camera Audiences is not responsible for any travel and/or parking expenses you incur with attending America's Got Talent.

On-Camera Audiences, Inc. respectively reserves the right to refuse admission and to revoke any rights granted to you by the Parties at any time without refund of any portion of your travel expenses including airfare, hotel accommodations, transportation, fuel expenses, etc. if any, for disorderly/offensive conduct or failure to comply with the Parties respective rules, the safety protocols, the terms stated herein, or applicable laws, or for any other reason whatsoever.

This check-in voucher/ticket has no value, cash or otherwise, and may not be sold or exchanged under penalty of law; any such attempted or actual sale or transfer of the voucher invalidates the voucher and is grounds for seizure of the voucher.

BY ATTENDING AMERICA'S GOT TALENT, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE MARATHON PRODUCTIONS, INC., FREMANTLEMEDIA NORTH AMERICA, INC., MAIDMETAL LIMITED, SYCO ENTERTAINMENT INC., NBCUNIVERSAL MEDIA, LLC, EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT, SUBSIDIARY AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES, CARRIER STATIONS, PRODUCERS, SPONSORS AND ALL OTHERS CONNECTED WITH THE SHOW (COLLECTIVELY THE PARTIES) FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS FEES) THAT IN ANY WAY ARISE OUT OF OR RESULT FROM YOUR ATTENDANCE AT OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SHOW.

YOUR ATTENDANCE AT THE AMERICA'S GOT TALENT TAPING CONSTITUTES YOUR CONSENT AND AGREEMENT TO THE RECORDING AND USE OF YOUR PERFORMANCE, APPEARANCE, NAME, VOICE, SINGING VOICE, LIKENESS AND ANY MUSICAL OR SOUND EFFECTS PRODUCED BY YOU FOR USE IN CONNECTION WITH ANY TELEVISION PROGRAM, MOTION PICTURE OR THE INTERNET FOR ALL PURPOSES (INCLUDING ADVERTISING, MARKETING, PROMOTION, MERCHANDISING AND THE EXPLOITATION OF ANY AND ALL ANCILLARY AND SUBSIDIARY RIGHTS), AS THE SAME MAY BE EDITED, IN ALL MEDIA, THROUGHOUT THE UNIVERSE, IN PERPETUITY.
