Welcome to AGT – Important Audience Information!

We want to ensure you have an amazing experience, so please read all the information below carefully before attending:

📍 ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN INFO:

✅ Arrive NO LATER than the time on your ticket.
✅ Allow time for parking at nearby public structures or the Paseo shopping center. (Parking fees are not reimbursed.)
✅ If you arrive early, take photos at our life-size judge banners or the judge’s table inside the venue lobby (after security).
✅ Check-in at the “Visitor Center” building just east of the theater on Green St. (on the left side of the venue as you face it).
✅ Bring your ticket (printed or digital) for check-in with an OCA Audience Coordinator.
✅ A valid ID is required for all attendees 18 and older.
✅ Audience members must be at least 8 years old. Those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian.
✅ After check-in, you’ll receive an actual hard venue ticket with an assigned seat.

DURATION & VENUE RULES:

Expect to be at the theater for approximately 4-5 hours from your arrival time.

Eat before arriving or while waiting in line—no food or drinks are sold inside the theater.

You may bring small, sealed snacks & small water bottles, but eating is only allowed in the lobby area.

🚨 IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

❌ NO food or drinks allowed inside the theater.
📵 Phones MUST be on silent mode and powered down during taping.
📸 No cameras or recording devices allowed—phones only.
👕 Follow the dress code (details below).

ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION:

The Show is committed to providing accessible seating and accommodations in compliance with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) requirements, ensuring an inclusive experience for all guests. Accessible seating, including companion seating, can be reserved by emailing Tickets@ocatv.com at least 48 hours before the taping date.

Please note:

Accessible seating is subject to availability. If demand exceeds the allotted number of accessible locations, we cannot guarantee seating.
Guests with confirmed reservations must arrive by the designated arrival time on their ticket and check in with an onsite coordinator. Late arrivals may forfeit their reservation, which will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis—first to guests with disabilities, then to others.

If you or anyone in your party uses a wheelchair or requires ADA-compliant accommodations, email us in advance. For additional needs, notify our onsite coordinators on the day of the taping.

DRESS CODE – READ CAREFULLY!

Your appearance contributes to the overall look and energy of the show. To maintain a polished and camera-ready look, please follow these guidelines:

✅ COLORS ARE ENCOURAGED-SOLID COLORS ARE BEST – No white, Neon colors, busy patterns, or stripes.
✅ Hip, stylish attire or business casual is required.
✅ Close-toed, flat shoes with backings are mandatory (no open-toed shoes, slides, or flip-flops). Sneakers and boots are OK.
✅ Heels must be 2 inches or lower for safety reasons.
✅ Small bags or crossbody bags only – No backpacks, large bags, or suitcases.

🚫 STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
❌ Logos or verbiage of any kind (front or back).
❌ White t-shirts.
❌ Sweatshirts, sweatpants, hoodies, shorts, hats (except religious
headwear), or flip-flops.
❌ Non-compliant outfits may affect your seating placement or entry.

You will be on camera. When you look great, the show looks AMAZING!

The event is FREE. The sale of this ticket is prohibited. To be valid, this ticket must be presented on or before the scheduled arrival time indicated on the ticket. The ticket is revocable at any time. The producers reserve the right to refuse admission and/or search any individual and their possessions. Smoking, drinking, and eating are strictly prohibited.

On-Camera Audiences is not responsible for any travel and/or parking expenses you incur with attending America’s Got Talent.

On-Camera Audiences, Inc. respectively reserves the right to refuse admission and to revoke any rights granted to you by the Parties at any time without refund of any portion of your travel expenses including airfare, hotel accommodations, transportation, fuel expenses, etc. if any, for disorderly/offensive conduct or failure to comply with the Parties respective rules, the safety protocols, the terms stated herein, or applicable laws, or for any other reason whatsoever.

This check-in voucher/ticket has no value, cash or otherwise, and may not be sold or exchanged under penalty of law; any such attempted or actual sale or transfer of the voucher invalidates the voucher and is grounds for seizure of the voucher.

BY ATTENDING AMERICA’S GOT TALENT, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE MARATHON PRODUCTIONS, INC., FREMANTLEMEDIA NORTH AMERICA, INC., MAIDMETAL LIMITED, SYCO ENTERTAINMENT INC., NBCUNIVERSAL MEDIA, LLC, EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT, SUBSIDIARY AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES, CARRIER STATIONS, PRODUCERS, SPONSORS AND ALL OTHERS CONNECTED WITH THE SHOW (COLLECTIVELY THE PARTIES) FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS FEES) THAT IN ANY WAY ARISE OUT OF OR RESULT FROM YOUR ATTENDANCE AT OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SHOW.

YOUR ATTENDANCE AT THE AMERICA’S GOT TALENT TAPING CONSTITUTES YOUR CONSENT AND AGREEMENT TO THE RECORDING AND USE OF YOUR PERFORMANCE, APPEARANCE, NAME, VOICE, SINGING VOICE, LIKENESS AND ANY MUSICAL OR SOUND EFFECTS PRODUCED BY YOU FOR USE IN CONNECTION WITH ANY TELEVISION PROGRAM, MOTION PICTURE OR THE INTERNET FOR ALL PURPOSES (INCLUDING ADVERTISING, MARKETING, PROMOTION, MERCHANDISING AND THE EXPLOITATION OF ANY AND ALL ANCILLARY AND SUBSIDIARY RIGHTS), AS THE SAME MAY BE EDITED, IN ALL MEDIA, THROUGHOUT THE UNIVERSE, IN PERPETUITY.
