The UDL is a brand new sports league created from the ground up and has much more in common with the NFL than So You Think You Can Dance. 10 franchises in 10 cities will compete for the title, but unlike other dance team competitions, UDL will have in season trades, benchings, player cuts and free agent signings. Players return each year, just like any other sport, and must make the team again in training camp. UDL captures all the thrilling action on the stage like other televised sports but combines that with unprecedented behind the scenes drama inherent in all locker rooms of organized sports.
