The VIP ticket submission form is for GUEST INFORMATION. Please ensure that the name and email address entered on the form belong to the GUEST so that we can directly email the ticket to them. If you are from the production or network and are submitting on behalf of someone else, please refrain from using your own email address as this will prevent you from making another submission.
