Important Notice to All Potential Audience Members

WE ARE EXCITED THAT YOU ARE PARTICIPATING IN THE STUDIO AUDIENCE. We want to do everything possible to ensure you have a great time. PLEASE take the time to read all the information below:

ARRIVE NO LATER THAN the time on your ticket. TV City Studio policy is that everyone over 18 must show a physical government issued photo ID for entry. You can show this ticket on your phone for entry or print it.

Due to the TV City Studio policies, each Person In Your Party Must Submit for Their Own Ticket. Tickets are non transferable. The name on your ticket must match the name on your ID.

The audience check in is on the street at the Corner of Genesee and Beverly Blvd. Parking is available at the Grove Shopping center. Park in the structure off Grove Dr. and walk back out to Grove Dr (Do not walk to the Farmers Market). Walk North on Grove Dr to Beverly Blvd. Turn left in front of Erewhon Market. Check in is at Genesee and Beverly Blvd on right. There is a fee for parking. We do not reimburse for parking.

NEW! The fan section is in the second and third levels of the set. Please be aware you must walk a few flights of stairs to reach the seating area. Also please be aware during each performance we ask the audience to stand. Because of that we request that you wear comfortable, closed toe, flat shoes. No high heels, sandals, open toed shoes, or flip flops on set for safety reasons. No bags, backpacks or large purses allowed. Please put everything you need in your pockets. Small over the shoulder clutch purses are ok. Also, please be aware that there are a limited number of seats in the audience that have a slightly obstructed view and you may be seated in one.

Plan accordingly. Please do not be late. We would rather you be 15 minutes early and ready to check in than late. All admittance is on first come, first served basis. Our goal is always to get everyone in that is in line by the arrival time. Occasionally there are factors out of our control that reduces capacity on set last minute which results in a few turnaways. If you are on time and do not get in, you will receive a guaranteed pass for another taping.

MINIMUM AGE TO ATTEND IS 12. ANYONE UNDER 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN.

Dress Code:

This is an upscale, elegant event and the following attire is MANDATORY; Men must wear collared shirts and slacks (coat and tie optional) and women must wear upscale attire (pant suits are fine). Do not wear jeans. Darker solid colors are preferred. No white tops or logos at all. Dress as you would to a nice restaurant or event. You will be on camera so it is very important that you dress to impress. When you look great, the show looks great! Absolutely no open-toed shoes of any kind will be allowed inside the studio of safety reasons. This includes high heels (anything over 1 inch), platforms, sandals, slides, and flip flops. Please wear closed-toed flat shoes that have a backing. Don't worry, we won't see your feet on camera. You will still look fabulous.

IF YOU DO NOT DRESS ACCORDING TO THE DRESS CODE, YOU MAY NOT BE ADMITTED.

The event is FREE. Sale of this ticket is prohibited. This ticket must be presented on or before the scheduled arrival time indicated on the ticket in order to be valid. The ticket is revocable at any time. The producers reserve the right to refuse admission and/or search any individual and his/her possessions. Smoking, drinking, and eating are strictly prohibited.
On-Camera Audiences is not responsible for any travel and/or parking expenses you incur in conjunction with attending Dancing with the stars.
YOU ALSO AGREE TO DANCING WITH THE STARS, BBC WORLDWIDE PRODUCTIONS LLC, THE WALT DISNEY COMPANY, ON-CAMERA AUDIENCES, INC., EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT, SUBSIDIARY AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES, CARRIER STATIONS, PRODUCERS, SPONSORS AND ALL OTHERS CONNECTED WITH THE SHOW (COLLECTIVELY THE “PARTIES”) FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEY’S FEES) THAT IN ANY WAY ARISE OUT OF OR RESULT FROM YOUR ATTENDANCE AT OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SHOW.
Each of the Parties respectively reserves the right to refuse admission and to revoke any rights granted to you by the Parties at any time without refund of any portion of the ticket price, if any, for disorderly/offensive conduct or failure to comply with the Parties respective rules, the safety protocols, the terms stated herein, or applicable laws, or for any other reason whatsoever. This check-in voucher has no value, cash or otherwise, and may not be sold or exchanged under penalty of law; any such attempted or actual sale or transfer of the voucher invalidates the voucher and is grounds for seizure of the voucher.

Special needs/individuals with Disabilities:
Dancing with the Stars strictly follows the legislation of The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We are committed to making every taping equally accessible to persons with disabilities. We provide accessible seating (including companion seating) The availability of accessible seating cannot be assured for everyone who requires it if the number of audience members requiring accessible seating on any given taping day exceeds the allotted number of available seats. If you or anyone in your party requires accessible seating to attend the show, you must email us at tickets@ocatv.com at least 48 hours before your taping date to reserve accessible seating. If you successfully reserve accessible seating, you will be given a reservation code. You must have this reservation code in order to claim seats at the taping. Reservations for accessible seating will be held and guaranteed until the scheduled arrival time. If you do not arrive by the scheduled arrival time, we can no longer hold your reservation for accessible seating and you will be placed on standby status. If you do not have an accessible seating code, we cannot guarantee availability.
