StandUp in Stilettos” is TV Guide’s new comedy series featuring familiar faces and rising stars on the comedy circuit today. Hosted by Kate Flannery, each show will include three stand-up comediennes whose acts feature material for, by and about women. The show will be shot in front of a live audience set in a comedy club. Flannery is best known for playing Dunder Mifflin’s alcoholic, accident prone, Meredith Palmer on NBC’s award-winning “The Office.” Flannery has made numerous appearances on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” and has been a guest on all the late night talk shows including “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson” and “Chelsea Lately.”
