SHOW DAY INFORMATION IS BELOW.

Each Person In Your Party Must Submit for Their Own Ticket. Tickets are non transferable. The name on your ticket must match the name on your ID.

New this season are shorter tapings for an amazing fun filled fan experience.

WE ARE EXCITED THAT YOU ARE PARTICIPATING IN THE STUDIO AUDIENCE. We want to do everything possible to ensure you have a great time. PLEASE take the time to read all the information below:

ARRIVE NO LATER THAN Than the time on your ticket. You also will fill out a non-disclosure agreement form as you will see the new Masked Singers before anyone else does and we need to keep it a secret. You can bring food to eat outside during the check-in process and before we load the audience into the studio. No food will be allowed inside the studio.

Due to the top-secret nature of this show, CELL PHONES AND SMART WATCHES will not be allowed inside. They will be put in a magnetic Yondr back and given back to you. If you need to unlock the bag at anytime, please find an audience coordinator to escort you outside the studio. The tapings will end at approx. 5hrs from the time on your ticket.

Plan accordingly. Please do not be late. We would rather you be 5 minutes early and ready to check in than late. You must bring a valid ID for admittance if you are over 18 years old.

The audience is standing fan sections next to the stage. This is standing room only so please wear comfortable shoes.
Please no bags, backpacks, or large purses. You must fit everything you need in your pockets or use a very small clutch purse.

Dress Code:

DRESS CODE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED: Hip, upscale attire is mandatory. The show requests bright solid colors. Please avoid patterned or striped tops. ABSOLUTELY NO apparel with logos of any kind on the front or back are allowed in the studio audience. ABSOLUTELY NO t-shirts, sweatshirts, white tops, shorts, or flip flops. You must wear closed-toed, flat shoes with backings: no open-toed shoes or heels are allowed for safety reasons. You will be on camera so it is very important that you dress nicely. When you look great, the show looks great!

By acceptance of this Ticket, the Ticket 'holder' agrees to all of the following conditions: Holder hereby releases The Production Company of this event, The Studio, On-Camera Audiences, Inc. and their respective owners, partners, subsidiary or affiliated companies, and their sponsors, telecasters, distributors, stations, and the respective officers, directors, employees, independent contractors, agents, successors and assigns of all of the foregoing (collectively, the "Parties"), from and against any liability for loss or damage to persons or property or for the infringement of any rights and from any and all claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever. The Parties assume no responsibility and shall have no liability (including for negligence) for any injury, damage, or loss to holder's person or property while on the premises. Holder assumes all risk of damage, injury, and/or loss. Without limiting the foregoing, Holder acknowledges that there is currently an ongoing pandemic of Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that Holder's voluntary participation in the event may cause Holder to be exposed to persons who have or have had, or have been exposed to, Coronavirus/COVID-19. the Parties cannot guarantee that Holder will not be exposed to Coronavirus/COVID-19. Holder understands that there are safety protocols in place for the production and confirms that Holder will follow all applicable protocols and procedures as provided by the Parties, which may include without limitation instructions to wear a face mask, maintain social distance, use disinfecting cleaning products, and/or any other protocols and procedures adopted by the Parties relating to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic or any other disease or epidemic/pandemic (including as required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, county, and/or local rules, regulations, guidelines, or other guidance). Each of the Parties respectively reserves the right to refuse admission and to revoke any rights granted to the holder by the Parties at any time without refund of any portion of the ticket price, if any, for disorderly/offensive conduct or failure to comply with the Parties respective rules, the safety protocols, the terms stated herein, or applicable laws, or for any other reason whatsoever. This check-in voucher has no value, cash or otherwise, and may not be sold or exchanged under penalty of law; any such attempted or actual sale or transfer of the voucher invalidates the voucher and is grounds for seizure of the voucher. On-Camera Audiences or "the show" is not responsible for any travel and/or parking expenses you incur in conjunction with attending, whether you are admitted into a taping or not. By attending this taping you irrevocably grant The Parties the right to photograph and record your likeness and to use such recordings in any manner worldwide in perpetuity. The event is FREE. Sale of this ticket is prohibited. This ticket must be presented on or before the scheduled arrival time indicated on the ticket in order to be valid. The ticket is revocable at any time. The producers reserve the right to refuse admission and/or search any individual and his/her possessions. Smoking, drinking, and eating in the studio is strictly prohibited. PROHIBITED ITEMS WILL BE CONFISCATED AND DISPOSED OF. Items not permitted on the Studio lot include: Alcohol, Audio/Video recording devices, Backpacks, Ice Chests, Mace/Pepper Spray, Marijuana, vape pens, Weapons.

All admittance is on a first come, first served basis. We typically get everyone in that is in line by the arrival time. Occasionally there are last minute factors out of our control that reduces capacity on set which results in a few turnaways. If you are on time and do not get in, you will receive a guaranteed pass for a future taping.

The Show is committed to making tapings accessible to persons with disabilities. Accessible seating, including companion seating, may be reserved by email to us at LEAST 48 hours before the taping date. Availability cannot be assured if the number of guests requiring the accessible seating at any given taping exceeds the allotted number of accessible seating locations. Guests with confirmed reservations for accessible seating must arrive no later than the designated arrival time on their ticket and check in with an onsite coordinator. If guests do not arrive by the designated arrival time, their reservation for accessible seating may be released to others on a first-come, first-served basis; first to guests with disabilities, and then to guests who do not require accessible seating.
