Important Notice to All Potential Audience Members

We want to do everything possible to ensure you have a great time. PLEASE take the time to read all information below:

ARRIVE NO LATER THAN THE TIME ON YOUR TICKET. Allow time for parking at the public parking structures surrounding the venue and the Paseo shopping center. We do not reimburse for parking fees. If you arrive early, you can take photos at our life size banners with pictures of judges or at the red carpet area in the audience holding area (after security).

Please bring you ticket with you or have it on your device to show the OCA audience coordinators at check in.

THERE ARE SEVERAL TICKET DISTRIBUTIONS PER DAY.
PLEASE ONLY REQUEST TICKETS TO ONE TICKET DISTRIBUTION TIME PER DAY. ALL TICKETS ARE EQUALLY DISTRIBUTED AT EACH SESSION. THIS STAGGER OF TICKET DISTRIBUTION IS DONE TO MINIMIZE LONG LINES AT THE THEATER.

Valid ID will be required for all those 18 and over. All audience members must be at least 8 years old. Audience members under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian.

Audience check-in location will begin at the "Visitor Center" Building just east of the theater on Green St. (on left as you face the front entrance).

After check in, we will exchange your voucher for an actual hard ticket with an assigned seat. After you receive your ticket, you will proceed to security. We will open doors to the house when prompted by production. We suggest you eat before or while waiting in line. The time spent at the theater is approximately 4-5hrs. from the arrival time on your ticket.

No food or drinks are allowed in the theater. The Theater does not sell concessions. You can bring small closed snacks and small water bottles. No eating in the theater; however, there is a lobby area.

There are several pay parking lots in the area. We do not reimburse for parking.

Please adhere to all dress code requirements (noted below).

All phones must be powered down during taping and MUST be on SILENCE MODE.

Please stay home if you are experiencing any signs of illness.

Minimum Age: 8

Dress Code:

DRESS CODE: SOLID COLORS ONLY. NO WHITE, BUSY PATTERNS, OR STRIPES! Hip, upscale attire or business casual is mandatory. ABSOLUTELY no apparel with logos of any kind on the front or back are allowed in the studio audience. ABSOLUTELY no light colored t-shirts (must be dark or black), no sweatshirts/hoodies, no shorts, no hats, and no flip flops. Please wear close-toed, flat shoes with backings: no open-toed shoes, slides or heels are allowed for safety reasons. If you wear jeans, please make sure that they are DARK or BLACK jeans. You will be on camera so it is very important that you dress nicely. When you look great, the show looks great! Cameras are not allowed. No backpacks, large bags, suitcase are allowed. Only small bags or cross body bags.

The event is FREE. Sale of this ticket is prohibited. This ticket must be presented on or before the scheduled arrival time indicated on the ticket in order to be valid. The ticket is revocable at any time. The producers reserve the right to refuse admission and/or search any individual and his/her possessions. Smoking, drinking, and eating are strictly prohibited.

On-Camera Audiences is not responsible for any travel and/or parking expenses you incur in conjunction with attending America's Got Talent.

YOU ALSO AGREE TO RELEASE MARATHON PRODUCTIONS, INC., FREMANTLEMEDIA NORTH AMERICA, INC., MAIDMETAL LIMITED, SYCO ENTERTAINMENT INC., NBCUNIVERSAL MEDIA, LLC, EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT, SUBSIDIARY AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES, CARRIER STATIONS, PRODUCERS, SPONSORS AND ALL OTHERS CONNECTED WITH THE SHOW (COLLECTIVELY THE PARTIES) FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS FEES) THAT IN ANY WAY ARISE OUT OF OR RESULT FROM YOUR ATTENDANCE AT OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SHOW.

Without limiting the foregoing, You acknowledge that there is currently an ongoing pandemic of Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that your voluntary participation in the event may cause you to be exposed to persons who have or have had, or have been exposed to, Coronavirus/COVID-19. the Parties cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed to Coronavirus/COVID-19. You understand that there are safety protocols in place for the production and confirms that you will follow all applicable protocols and procedures as provided by the Parties, which may include without limitation instructions to wear a face mask, maintain social distance, use disinfecting cleaning products, and/or any other protocols and procedures adopted by the Parties relating to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic or any other disease or epidemic/pandemic (including as required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, county, and/or local rules, regulations, guidelines, or other guidance). Each of the Parties respectively reserves the right to refuse admission and to revoke any rights granted to you by the Parties at any time without refund of any portion of the ticket price, if any, for disorderly/offensive conduct or failure to comply with the Parties respective rules, the safety protocols, the terms stated herein, or applicable laws, or for any other reason whatsoever. This check-in voucher has no value, cash or otherwise, and may not be sold or exchanged under penalty of law; any such attempted or actual sale or transfer of the voucher invalidates the voucher and is grounds for seizure of the voucher.



YOUR ATTENDANCE AT THE AMERICA'S GOT TALENT TAPING CONSTITUTES YOUR CONSENT AND AGREEMENT TO THE RECORDING AND USE OF YOUR PERFORMANCE, APPEARANCE, NAME, VOICE, SINGING VOICE, LIKENESS AND ANY MUSICAL OR SOUND EFFECTS PRODUCED BY YOU FOR USE IN CONNECTION WITH ANY TELEVISION PROGRAM, MOTION PICTURE OR THE INTERNET FOR ALL PURPOSES (INCLUDING ADVERTISING, MARKETING, PROMOTION, MERCHANDISING AND THE EXPLOITATION OF ANY AND ALL ANCILLARY AND SUBSIDIARY RIGHTS), AS THE SAME MAY BE EDITED, IN ALL MEDIA, THROUGHOUT THE UNIVERSE, IN PERPETUITY.
